May-Belle Montrose - Heart of Haynie's

I was really intrigued to see the inside of this really cool, newly renovated apartment building because I basically walk or drive by it every single day. Living in Haynie's Corner is such a cozy, fun, connected area to live in downtown Evansville, IN. If you like the idea of walking or riding your cruiser bike to a sweet list of restaurants, places to get a drink with friends, enjoy the fountain and parks, hear live music, or swing by a neighbor's porch, then I think you'd fit in nicely in the heart of Haynies....and into a fresh May-Belle Montrose apartment!

Audubon - King of Porches

I got to explore and capture another amazing building by Architectural Renovators recently and man it did not disappoint! I loved the natural light everywhere...even in the sweet exercise room. The bike room was a sweet touch too. My fav things by far though though are the fresh fresh fresh porches and balconies...ahhhh. Yes please and thank you. Each new building I get the opportunity to see and shoot makes me love downtown Evansville more each time. Here's to porch enjoying!!

Owen Block - Capturing The Past and Present

Some of my first photos I ever took in downtown Evansville were of this building because it reminded me of Manhattan. Back when it was blue and out of sight and mind. So recently when I got the chance to come see it in the fresh, reborn state, the sentimental side of me kind of freaked out. And wow, is it ever reborn! What a gift Architectural Renovators has given Evansville. What Mike Martin(the cool owner) is doing for Evansville is slightly(ok REALLY) huge. I felt thankful with every photo I took on this project. Thankful to newly see this beautiful building and thankful that God has a very wonderful way of taking us full circle.

My first photo of my favorite downtown Evansville "NYC" building in 2010. A beautiful reminder of both my past and present as well as the past and present of this Indiana landmark.
